Maintenance Planner – Water & Wastewater Infrastructure (SoCal)

Position Overview

GK & Associates is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to support preventive and predictive maintenance optimization initiatives within water and wastewater utility environments across Southern California. This is a part-time, hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
• Work with CMMS systems and asset hierarchy data
• Coordinate maintenance planning, scheduling, and backlog management
• Build maintenance job plans, task lists, and work packages
• Analyze maintenance performance data and recommend improvements

Requirements

• 8+ years of maintenance or utility infrastructure experience
• Strong CMMS and asset management expertise
• Experience in water or wastewater environments preferred
• CMRP and/or CMRT certification preferred

Location

Hybrid role with limited onsite requirements in Southern California.

Compensation

$59 – $73 per hour, commensurate with experience.
